When you enter or leave the UK with an ATA Carnet, you must have your Carnet processed by UK Border Force Customs.
UK Border Force at London Heathrow Terminal 2 is situated behind the check in desks on Level 5. Go to the far left corner beyond the VAT Refunds desk
